日本和美国在华授权专利分析及应对策略

Analysis on Japan's and United States' Authorized Patents in China and Coping Strategies

采用数理统计的方法,从发明、实用新型和外观设计3种授权专利的占比、年度分布、职务发明与非职务发明占比、IPC领域分布等方面,分析了日本和美国在华授权专利的分布概况,提出了我国政府和企业制定专利战略的相关建议。

By using the method of mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the distribution status of Japan＇s and United States＇ authorized patents in China from aspects of the proportions of three kinds of authorized patents （invention patent, utility model patent and appearance design patent）, the years distribution, the proportion of service invention and non-service invention, and IPC field distribution, etc., analyzes distribution status of Japan＇ s and United States＇ authorized patents in China, and purrs forward some suggestions for China＇s government and enterprises to establish the patent strategies.
