"互联网+"将互联网的创新成果深度融合于经济社会各领域之中,提升了实体经济的创新力和生产力。在此环境下,SCIE为科研工作者提供了展现创新水平的平台及与国际科技合作的广阔空间。分析了2010—2014年广西大学SCIE文献收录量、SCIE基金数量、科学研究动向、科研合作机构及广西大学与其他国家或地区的科研合作情况,揭示了SCIE电子文献资源对开展科技创新的作用,探讨了进一步提高SCIE利用率的措施。

＂Internet ＋＂, which integrates the innovation achievements of Internet into various fields of economic society, enhances the innovative power and productive power of the entity economy. In this environment,SCIE provides for scientific researchers a platform to show their innovation level and a broad space to make international cooperation in science and technology. This paper analyzes Guangxi University＇s SCIE literature collection amount, SCIE fund supported papers amount, scientific research trends, scientific research cooperative institutions, and Guangxi University＇s cooperation status with other countries and regions in the world in the period of 2010-2014, reveals the effect of SCIE＇s electronic literature resources on the development of sci-tech innovation, and probes into the measures for further improving the utilization rate of SCIE.
