摘要
针对山西省科技创新存在的制约性问题,提出了山西省实施创新驱动发展战略应采取的推进措施。
In the light of the conditionality problems existing in the sci-tech innovation of Shanxi Province, this paper puts forward some promoting measures for implementing the innovation-driven development strategy in Shanxi Province.
