The Research Status and Development Trend of the Foodstuffs (Dairy Products) Security Field Based on Bibliometric Analysis

食品安全关乎国计民生,乳制品是补充人体营养不可缺少的重要营养来源。近年来,关于食品安全的问题不断出现,有不少学者通过文献计量学统计分析关于食品安全的学术论文,为相关科学研究提供参考,但这些统计分析的范围过于笼统,对某一学科的参考价值不高。就国内外食品安全乳制品方向的学术论文进行了深度梳理与比较研究,以期为相关学者的科学研究提供参考,并让乳制品安全的研究能够得到更多的重视。

The foodstuffs security concerns the national economy and people＇s livelihood, and dairy product is an important and indispensable source of nutrients to replenish the human nutrition. In recent years, the problems about the foodstuffs security appear constantly, and many scholars have carried out the statistical analysis on the academic papers about the foodstuffs security by using the bibliometric method to provide the reference for related scientific researches. But the scope of these statistical analyses is too general, and the reference value of these statistical analyses is not high on a particular subject . This paper makes a depth analysis and comparative research on domestic and international academic papers about the foodstuffs （dairy products） security in order to provide reference for the scientific research of related scholars and enable the study of dairy products security get more attention.
