摘要
【目的】探讨星形细胞肿瘤中CD13和α-SMA的表达、分布特点及其与CD31阳性微血管的相互关系。【方法】应用免疫组化染色方法检测60例星形细胞肿瘤和10例瘤旁脑组织中CD13、α-SMA和CD31的表达,应用免疫组化双染色方法探讨CD13或α-SMA阳性细胞与CD31阳性微血管的分布规律。【结果】在星形细胞肿瘤中CD13和α-SMA特异性的表达于血管壁细胞,CD13和CD31均阳性的微血管占CD31阳性微血管的百分比在瘤旁脑组织、弥漫型星形细胞瘤(WHOII级)、间变型星形细胞瘤(WHOIII级)及胶质母细胞瘤(WHOIV级)中分别为(93.05±6.66)、(56.98±14.03)、(30.12±10.68)和(21.75±5.22),相对应的α-SMA和CD31均阳性的微血管所占百分比分别为(95.14±10.58)、(32.84±11.13)、(18.06±5.04)和(14.27±8.08),随着WHO分级的升高均显著降低(P<0.05)。【结论】在星形细胞肿瘤中CD13和α-SMA可作为血管周细胞的特异性标记物,微血管壁结构的缺陷程度与肿瘤分级有关。
[Objective]To explore the expression and distribution of CD13 and ct-SMA in astroeytic tumors and to investigate their relationship with CD31 positive microvessels. [ Methods ] Immunohistochemical staining was examined for the expression of CD 13,α- SMA and CD31 in 60 astrocytic tumors and 10 para-tumor brain tissues. Polymer double staining was adopted to detect the distribution of CD31 or α-SMA and CD31.[Results]CD13 and α-SMA were specifically expressed by vascular wall cells in astrocytic tumors. The percentages of CD13+CD31+ microvessels in CD31+ microvessels were (93.05 ± 6.66), (56.98±14.03), (30.12 ±10.68) and (21.75 ±5.22), in para-tumor brain tissues, diffuse astrocytomas (WHO grade II), anaplastic astrocytoma (WHO grade III) and gliblastoma (WHO grade IV), respectively. Correspondingly, the percentages of α-SMA+CD31+microvessels were (95.14 ±10.58), (32.84 ±11.13), (18.06 ± 5.04) and (14.27 ±8.08), respectively. The percentages were significantly reduced with the increase of tumor grades (P〈0.05). [Conclusiorls]CD13 and α-SMA were expressed as specific markers for pericytes in astrocytic tumors, and the degree of defects of microvessel wall was related to tumor grades.
