摘要
【目的】初步探讨孕妇饮食营养知识的掌握与妊娠期高血压疾病发生之间的关系。【方法】采用病历对照研究法,将122例妊娠期高血压疾病患者作为病例组,同时匹配该院同期产检且结果正常的122例孕妇作为对照组,通过χ2检验比较两组孕妇饮食营养知晓情况。【结果】两组孕妇的年龄、孕期、学历无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组孕妇孕期营养知识(χ2=6.65,OR=0.511)、科学饮食信念水平(χ2=5.31,OR=0.552)、健康饮食行为科学性(χ2=13.83,OR=0.378)方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】掌握饮食知识是妊娠高血压疾病的保护因素,积极开展孕妇饮食营养健康教育,可以有效降低孕妇妊娠期高血压疾病的发病风险。
[Objective ] To explore the relation between dietary nutritional knowledge of pregnant women and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP). [ Methods ] In this case-control study, 122 HDCP cases were selected in case group, and 122 healthy pregnant women were included in control group in the same hospital. The dietary nutritional knowledge of pregnant women was assessed by chi-square test. [ Results ] There was no significant difference in age, pregnant duration, and educational level, Significant difference was found in pregnant nutritional knowledge (X~=6.65, 0R=0.511), scientific dietary concept level (X~=5.313, 0R=0.552), and -behavioral science of healthy diet (X2=13.83, OR=0.378) between case group and control group (P〈 0.05). [Conclusion] Mastery of nutritional knowledge is a protective facotor of HDCP. Active nutritional knowledge-health education in pregnant women can effectively reduce the risk of HDCP.
