Summary of the Cost Decrease and Benefit Increase of the Ammonia Industry and the Extension of Its Product Chain

综述了近年来合成氨、尿素的产量、产能、进出口及表观消费情况,针对合成氨行业市场疲软、产能过剩、经济下行的状况,从原料煤成本、动力成本及生产管理方面分析了合成氨生产降本增效的主要途径,指出在目前形式下,合成氨生产企业要实现转型升级,必须延长产品链、发展多联产产品,并介绍了合成氨企业延长产品链的几种形式。

The ammonia output, production capacity, import/export status and its apparent consumption in the recent years were summarized, and the major ways to decrease the cost and increase the benefit of such enterprises in terms of the cost of the feed coal and power, and the production management were analyzed in face of the slack market, excess production capacity and economic downturn. The paper stated that the ammonia enterprises should extend their product chain and develop their poly-generation products if they want to realize transformation and upgrading under the present conditions. Included also were some forms of extension of the product chain of the ammonia enterprises.
