16Mo3管道的焊接工艺研究

摘要 神宁煤化工烯烃公司GSP气化炉的水冷壁管的材质为16Mo3,属低合金耐热钢。由于长期在高温下工作,水冷壁管因烧损出现渗漏。为保证设备安全运行,有必要进行16Mo3管道的焊接工艺研究。在调研16Mo3的焊接性能及施焊过程中存在困难的基础上,优化了16Mo3的焊接工艺:采用钨极氩弧焊,预热温度200℃-300℃,使用的焊丝为ER80S-G;并采用特定的管道焊接顺序,以克服空间狭小造成的施焊困难。结果表明:采用该方法进行焊接,能够获得质量优良的焊缝,保证了管道的安全运行,为类似的管道焊接提供了借鉴。 The material of the cooling screen tubes of the GSP gasifier of the olefin plant of the Shenhua Ningxia Coal Chemical Company was 16Mo3, belonging to low alloy refractory steel. As the cooling screen tubes were subject to high temperature, damages and leakages were likely to occur. To ensure operation safety of the equipment, it was necessary to study the welding procedures of the 16Mo3 pipes. Based on the investigation and study of the welding performance of 16Mo3 and the difficulty in the process of welding, the welding technology of such pipes was optimized, i.e. the argon tungsten-arc welding was adopted, the temperature was kept between 200 ℃ and 300 ℃ and the ERSOS-G welding wires were used. Besides, to overcome the welding difficulty caused by narrow space, special welding sequence was selected. The results proved that excellent welds could be obtained by adopting this welding procedure and safe operation could thus be ensured.
