Study on Establishment of Regional Physical Capital Market for Technology-Finance in the Prefecture-level City of Jiangsu Province

在科技金融理论指导下,本文通过对现有不同证券市场功能、特点的比较分析,将场外资本交易与科技创新联系起来,基于现有资本市场存在上市门槛高、信息不对称、交易成本高等问题,以江苏省为例,论证建立地级市科技金融场外交易资本市场的必要性、可行性与构建的基本方案。

Under the guidance of financial theory of technology, this article links the OTC capital transactions and innovation of technology and finance based on analyzing and comparing the functions and characteristics of different security markets. Furthermore, based on problems in current capital markets such as high threshold to public, asymmetric information and high transaction cost, this article takes Jiangsu province as an example to discuss the necessity and feasibility of establish the over-the-counter capital market of technology-finance in prefecture-level city.
