摘要
对六杆四面体单元组成的球面网壳结构的静力特性进行了模型试验研究.设计、制作了一个10m跨度的大型实物模型,测试了其在全跨加载和半跨加载两种工况下的静力特性,并与利用实际模型节点坐标建立的有限元模型计算结果进行对比,分析了误差产生的原因以及误差来源对模型静力特性产生影响的机理.测试和分析结果表明,模型的加工和安装精度对结构静力特性具有显著的影响,必须在实际工程中予以严格控制.
An experimental investigation on the static behavior of the spherical lattice shell composed of six- bar tetrahedral units is carried out. A lOre-span large-scale experimental model is designed and constructed for the experiment. The model is tested under conditions of full-span loading and half-span loading separately, and the results are compared with those obtained from the finite element model established based on the actual coordinates of the experimental model. The sources of the errors between the test and theoretical results are discussed and mechanism that they influence the static behavior of the structure are analyzed. It is shown that the manufacture and construction precision has significant influence on the static behavior of the structure, so strict control on that should be guaranteed in practical engineering.
