摘要
京津城际延伸线终点站交通枢纽工程——天津滨海新区于家堡车站屋盖是大跨度双螺旋单层网壳结构,南北向跨度为144m,东西向跨度为81m,矢高为25m,其建筑外观为贝壳形状,焊接箱形杆件呈空间双螺旋交织布置,双向各有36根,共72根螺旋线构成非规则的空间曲面造型,是目前国内跨度最大的单层网壳结构.本文结合于家堡单层网壳结构,介绍其设计技术参数,重点分析风荷载、雪荷载、温度作用等荷载的分布和取值,并对单层网壳结构的静力性能和稳定性进行了分析.分析结果表明,于家堡大跨度双螺旋网壳结构的强度及位移均满足设计要求,结构体系合理,具有良好的力学性能.本文为于家堡单层网壳结构深化设计提供基础,为大跨度、非规则单层网壳结构设计提供参考.
Yujiapu transport hub in Tianjin is the terminal station of the extending course of Beijing-Tianjin inter-city railway. Its roof is a large-span single-layer reticulated shell structure with bidirectional spirals and conch-shaped architectural appearance. Its welded-box bars distribute along 36 pairs of two-way spatial spirals. North-south span of the shell is 144 meters, east-west span is 81 meters, and the height is 25 meters. At present, this structure is the largest span single-layer reticulated shell in China. In this paper, the authors introduced technical design parameters of the Yujiapu single-layer reticulated shell structure in details, among which, distribution and various loads are emphatically described, such as wind loads, snow loads and temperature effects. Then basic mechanical property of the shell is studied. And the results show that strength and stiffness of the shell meet design requirements, and the shell structure has reasonable structural system and excellent mechanical property. The purpose of this paper is to provide basis for further design of Yujiapu single-layer reticulated shell structure and a reference for the design of larges pan and irregular single-layer reticulated shell.
