摘要
部分水利水电工程压力钢管用量大,制作安装工作量大,在整个工程投资中占有较大比重,但现行行业施工规范并未明确压力钢管结算计量公式。一般压力钢管重量计算都是按常规的理论重量计算法,与国家施工规范给出的公式计算法有一定的差别。本文对用上述两种方法计算的结果进行对比分析,得出了对现行压力钢管计量规则进行修改的建议。
Some water conservancy and hydropower projects have high consumption of pressure steel pipes and high workload in production and installation, which occupy higher proportion in the whole project investment. However, pressure steel pipe settlement measurement formula is not made clear in existing industry construction specifications. Conventional theory weight calculation method is adopted for generally pressure steel pipe weight calculation. It is slightly different from formula calculation method given in national construction specification. In the paper, calculation results of the above two methods are comparatively analyzed for obtaining suggestions for rectifying existing pressure steel pipe measurement rules.
