Analysis of DN1000 pipeline for Dongshan Water Supply Project

本文针对山西省东山供水工程DN1000供水管道工程,简述了预应力钢筒混凝土管及球墨铸铁管的综合性能、施工、安装及事故处理等内容,并对管材选用进行了比较分析。根据管道使用区实际情况,建议选用球墨铸铁管。

This paper deals with overall performance, construction, installation and accident handling of prestress steel cylinder concrete pipe and nodular cast iron pipe for the DN1000 water supply pipeline engineering in Shanxi Dongshan Water Supply Project, and carries out a comparative analysis on selection and use of pipes. It suggests the nodular cast iron pipe should be applied based on the practical situations in the pipe use area.
