杭州三堡排涝工程,是集治涝、改善水环境等综合功能于一体的大型工程,其混凝土箱涵作为整个排涝工程重点项目之一,外观质量的好坏直接影响整个单位工程的外观质量评定,为此,项目部成立了QC小组,通过集思广义、查找问题、分析原因、确定要因、制定对策、贯彻实施等一系列手段,将外观质量合格率由85%提高到96.10%,取得了良好效果。

Hangzhou Sanbao drainage project belongs to a large project integrating flood elimination, improvement of water environment and other comprehensive functions. The concrete box culvert is regarded as as one of the key works in the whole drainage project. The appearance quality directly affects the appearance quality evaluation of the whole unit project. Therefore, the project department establishes QC team, appearance quality qualified rate is improved from 85% to 96.10% through collecting various wise ideas, finding problems, analyzing reasons, determining reasons, formulating countermeasures, implementing and executing countermeasures, etc., thereby obtaining excellent effects.
