精神分裂症患者前脉冲抑制缺陷与认知功能异常的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 精神分裂症是一种严重的慢性疾病,其核心症状为认知功能障碍。感觉运动门控机制与认知功能关系密切,机体通过感觉运动门控机制屏蔽无关的刺激信息,并抑制由无关信息所引起的行为反应,从而使机体的认知功能处于正常水平。前脉冲抑制(PPI)是机体感觉运动门控的一个测量指标,是指刺激在达到一定强度后会引发机体的惊跳反射,但如果在强刺激之前的30~500 m s给予一个弱刺激,弱刺激本身不足以引出惊跳反射,但却可以降低强刺激引发的惊跳反射的幅度,这种抑制效应就是PPI。有研究表明:精神分裂症患者存在着认知功能障碍,并且在记忆力、注意力以及执行力等方面可能存在功能缺失,同时也有研究显示精神分裂症患者存在PPI的缺失。根据相关研究提示,精神分裂症患者异常的PPI水平可能与认知功能障碍存在关联,现就两者之间的相关性作一综述。
