摘要
利用数值模拟方法中的计算流体动力学(CFD)方法研究了平底喷放锅稀释区浆料的流动情况,并对侧进式叶轮搅拌器进行优化。通过模拟,得到了稀释区浆料在搅拌过程中的速度场、黏度场分布,形象地显示出了纸浆和弧形壁面之间的水环。优化后,具有导流套筒的搅拌器在不改变转速的条件下明显提高了整个流场的搅拌推动效果。
The fluid situation in dilution zone of the blow tank with flat bottom was studied and the propeller-agitator was optimized using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) numerical simulation method. Through simulation, we obtained the distribution of velocity and viscosity fields of dilution zone in agitating process and the water ring between the pulp and the arc wall was vividly showed. After optimization, propeller-agitator with a guiding fluid sleeve could significantly improve propelling and agitating efficiency of the whole flow field under the same agitating speed.
