摘要
探讨了氟碱型烧结焊剂冶金过程、电弧行为及工艺质量的控制。结果表明,在该焊剂的埋弧焊熔滴反应区,主要是渗硅氧化和锰元素的氧化烧损。在熔池的结晶部分冶金反应生成CO气体,是焊缝中不可避免地出现气孔或凹坑的重要原因。焊剂的埋弧焊电弧形态应属于连续、非活动型,而熔滴过渡则是呈典型的渣壁过渡形态。在焊缝压坑产生的诸多影响因素中,焊剂中水分的影响是该缺陷产生的内因,其他参数的影响则是外因。以减小焊缝中凹坑倾向为目标的控制方法,思路合理,针对性明确。
The metallurgical processes, welding arc behavior and usability quality control of fluorine basic type sintered flux were discussed. The results show that the silicon reduction reaction and manganese oxidation reaction in the drop reaction zone is the main. The carbon monoxide gas produced in the crystal part of molten pool is an important reasons of appear porosity or press hole inevitably in the weld metal. The arc shape of submerged arc welding should belong to the continuous and inactive type, and drop transfer is a typical flux wall guided transfer form. The water effects in the flux among many factors producing weld press hole are internal factors, and the other parameters influences are external factors. The control method taking reduce press hole tendency as a target is reasonable , and its pertinence is clear.
