摘要
采用S201和S211两种焊丝对铜/钢异种金属CMT熔钎焊特性进行比较研究,发现在相同(或相近)的CMT焊接工艺条件下,S211焊丝在母材上的铺展性明显优于S201焊丝;虽然采用S211焊丝的焊缝抗拉强度有所提高,但是在某些条件下容易产生焊接热裂纹,而使用S201焊丝的焊缝具有较高的抗热裂性;综合考虑,S201焊丝更加适合铜/钢异种金属CMT熔钎焊。
The copper/steel dissimilar metals CMT welding-brazing with S201 and S211 filler wires was investi- gated comparatively. The S211 filler wire has better spreadability on the parent metal than S201 filler wire. Al- though the S211 could enhance the tensile strength of the copper/steel joint, the weld has the hot cracking tend- ency under certain conditions. On contrast, the s201 filler wire has lower hot cracking sensitivity than s211 fill- er wire. Therefore, the s201 filler wire is more appropriate for the copper/steel dissimilar metals CMT welding- brazing than s201 filler wire.
