管道阴极保护防腐措施在大伙房输水工程中的运用

Application of anticorrosion measures for cathodic protection of pipeline in Dahuofang Water Conveyance Project

大伙房输水工程是典型的长输管道工程。由于工程中大量采用了PCCP管道,因此,在施工及运行维护过程中,管道的阴极防腐成为了保证输水管道安全稳定运行的关键。本文以大伙房输水二期工程为例,简要介绍了管道阴极保护原理、主要施工措施及其在工程中实际运行的情况。

Dahuofang Reservoir Water Diversion Project belongs to a typical long-distance pipeline project.A large amount of PCCP pipelines are adopted in the project,therefore cathode anticorrosion of pipeline is the key of protecting safe and stable operation of water diversion pipeline in the construction, operation and maintenance process. In the paper, Dahuofang Water Diversion Stage II Project is adopted as an example for briefly introducing pipeline cathode protection principle,main construction measures and its actual operation condition in project.
