针灸治疗男性不育症临床选穴规律的现代文献研究

A Study on the Regular of Acupoint Selection of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Male Infertility in Contemporary Literature

目的:对针灸治疗男性不育症的临床研究文献进行检索及统计分析,为该病的针灸临床治疗选穴与穴位组配提供依据。方法:检索中文数据库针灸治疗男性不育症文献,对使用的腧穴、归经及使用频次进行综合统计分析。结果:纳入符合要求的针灸治疗男性不育症的文献共94篇,共使用经穴69个,经外奇穴3个,耳穴18个,头皮针3个,使用频次在10次以上的穴位共15个。结论:临床可选用关元、肾俞、命门、三阴交、太溪、足三里作为针灸治疗男性不育症的基础方,再随证加减。

Objective：By searching and analyzing the clinical research articles about acupuncture and moxibustion for male infertility, in order to provide acupoint selection and combination evidence for clinical activities.Method：Researching articles about acupuncture and moxibustion for male infertility, and analyzing the use frequency of acupoints, meridians and collaterals.Result：There are 94 valid ar-ticles about acupuncture and moxibustion for male infertility after review with 69 acupoints, 3 extra-acupoints, 18 auricular points and 3 scalp acupoints.The use frequency of acupoint over 10 times is 15.Conclusion： Guanyuan （RN4）, Shenshu （BL23）, Mingmen （DU4）, Sanyinjiao （SP6）, Taixi （KI3）, Zusanli （ST36） are able to be chosen as the basic prescription of acupuncture and moxibus-ion for clinical treatment, and subsidiary acupoints based on the different differentiation.
