摘要
从肉牛上呼吸道中分离出3株细菌,通过细菌培养、形态观察、生化试验、16S r RNA鉴定及对其系统发育进化分析,结果分离菌株为麦氏弧菌(Vibrio metschnikovii)。药敏试验结果显示,该分离菌株对头孢类药物、左氟沙星等药物敏感,对青霉素、氨苄西林、万古霉素等药物耐药。动物致病性试验显示,接种的小鼠于24 h全部死亡。
To identify 3 bacterial isolates from Brahman cattle, bacterial culturing, morphologic observation, biochemical tests, sequencing of 16S rRNA and phylogenetic tree construction were performed, and the results characterized the isolates as Vibrio metschnikovii. In the antimicrobial susceptibility tests, the 3 isolates were sensitive to antibacterial agents such as cephalosporins, levofloxacin and etc, while resistant to penicillin, ampicillin, and vancomycin. In the pathogenicity experiments, all the mice inocu- lated with these isolates died in 24 hours.This work laid the fpundation for further investigations of Vibrio metschnikovii in Brah- man cattle.
