摘要
该论文为改变传统带有斜盘变量机构的轴向变量柱塞泵改变流量的方式,设计了自带步进电机的轴向变量柱塞泵。该泵通过控制输入步进电机的频率来达到泵流量的改变,在进行泵体的结构设计和原理分析之后,运用AMESim软件进行流量的仿真研究。
In order to change the situation that the traditional axial variable displacement piston pump changes the flow by controlling slope angle of the swash plate, a kind of micro-flow variable plunger pump with stepper motor is designed. The main structure is designed and the working principle is analyzed; and on this basis, the flow is simulated and researched based on AMESim.
