摘要
利用试验设计方法对润滑油添加剂配伍性及其对抗氧化性能的影响进行研究。试验设计采用Box-Behnken设计方法,考察的添加剂种类包括抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂、金属钝化剂以及防锈剂。模型分析结果表明,模型计算值与试验值具有较好的相关性。此外,该文通过模型预测了不同种类添加剂之间的相互作用及其对抗氧性能的影响。通过该文研究表明,试验设计的方法可以用于功能添加剂复配研究,对于进一步了解不同类型添加剂之间的配伍性具有重要作用,同时对于配方开发能够起到重要的指导作用。
Study the interaction between different additives and the effects on the antioxidation property using experimental design. Experi- mental design was conducted by Box-Behnken, and the factors include antioxidation agent, extreme-pressure and anti-wear agent, metal de- activator and anti-rust agent. The good correlation was established between calculated and experimental data. The interaction was also inves- tigated. The results showed that the experimental design method can be applied to study the interaction between different additives, and it will be a useful tool in the formulation research.
