螺杆泵定子用丁腈基橡胶的温度力学效应 被引量:3

摘要 为提高螺杆泵定子橡胶的使用寿命,从螺杆泵的实际工作环境出发,以不同丙烯腈含量的丁腈橡胶为试验材料,通过测试试样在原油介质中质量、体积以及抗拉强度的一系列变化,研究定子橡胶的温度力学效应。结果表明:随着原油温度的升高,低丙烯腈丁腈橡胶的质量、体积和扯断伸长率逐渐增大,硬度逐渐降低;而高丙烯腈丁腈橡胶则显示相反的规律。三种橡胶的抗拉强度随着原油温度的升高逐渐降低。高丙烯腈含量的丁腈橡胶由于致密的组织结构具有良好的耐热性和力学性能。 In order to improve the service life of stator rubber used in the progressing cavity pump stator, NBR based rubbers with different acrylonitrile contents are chosen as the experimental materials and their variations in weight, volume, tensile strength and so on before and after immersion experiment are investigated according to the actual work environment. The results show that with an increase in the tempera- ture of crude oil, the weight, volume and elongation at break of the NBR rubber with low acrylonitrile content increase and its hardness de- creases, while the NBR rubber with high acrylonitrile content shows the opposite tendency. The tensile strength of three kinds of NBR rub- bers decreases with the increase in the temperature of crude oil. The NBR rubber with high acrylonitrile content shows the better heat resistance and mechanical performance due to its dense microstructure.
