降低体质量对肥胖哮喘病儿哮喘控制的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨肥胖哮喘病儿降低体质量与哮喘控制的关系。方法对40例肥胖哮喘病儿进行降低体质量治疗4个月。在治疗前后分别测定血清瘦素水平,采用肺功能仪进行肺功能测定,并用儿童哮喘控制测试问卷(C—ACT)进行调查。结果肥胖哮喘病儿降低体质量后,肺功能较治疗前改善,C—ACT平均得分较治疗前增高,差异有统计学意义(t=5.14~11.31,P〈0.05);血清瘦素水平较治疗前降低,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论肥胖哮喘病儿降低体质量可改善肺功能及生活质量,是控制哮喘发作的有利措施之一。 Objective To explore the relationship between weight loss and asthma control in obese children with asthma. Methods Weight-reducing therapy was conducted in 40 obese children with asthma for 4 months. Before and after treatment, serum leptin levels were detected, lung function was measured by a spirometer, and asthma control test questionnaire was used to survey. Results Lung function improved after reduction of body weight in obese children with asthma, and the score in ques tionnaire increased, as compared with that before therapy, the differences were statistically significant (t = 5.14-11.31, P〈0.05). The serum levels of leptin was lower than that before therapy, but with no statistical difference (t = 1.91 ,P〉0.05). Conclusion Weight reduction can improve lung function in obese children with asthma, decrease the number of asthma attacks, raise quality of life, the therapy is regarded as one of the favorable measures in controlling asthmatic attack.
