实施卓越医生教育培养计划教学模式的思考 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨实施卓越医生教育培养计划的教学模式。方法分析我校目前临床医学人才培养存在的问题,提出卓越医学人才培养改革的思路、方法和相关措施。结果通过创新教学模式,突出人文医学特点,加强医教协同,培养医学生的岗位胜任力,构建了定位准确、目标明确、操作灵活和科学有效的培养方案和保障措施。结论创新教学模式是培养卓越医学人才的根本保证。 Objective To discuss teaching model of excellent physician and training program. Methods The problems concerning clinical professional training currently existed in our school were analyzed, and the train of thought, methods and measures for reformation of the training were provided. Results The training plan and supporting measures with accurate positio ning, clear objectives, flexible operation, scientific and effective project were constructed through innovating teaching mode, high lighting humanistic medicine, enhancing collaboration of clinical practice and teaching, and raising competence of medical students. Conclusion Innovation of teaching mode is the fundamental guarantee in training excellent clinical professionals.
