临床技能学教学实验中心的建设与思考

CONSTRUCTION AND EXPLORATION OF CLINICAL SKILL TEACHING CENTRE

目的探讨临床技能学教学实验中心的建设与意义。方法借助山东省骨干学科教学实验中心、山东省特色名校工程重点专业建设的契机,通过整合实验室、重组教学内容、创新教学方法和考核评价方法、建设教学团队等方法,建设了基于临床实践能力培养的临床技能学教学实验中心。结果初步建成功能齐全、设备优良、服务专业广、辐射范围大的教学实验中心,创建了以强化临床实践能力培养为核心的临床技能学实践教学模式,和以医学人文技能、临床基本技能和临床岗位技能为主体的教学内容体系。建立了以客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)为主的考核与评价体系。经过8年的建设与实践,医学生临床实践能力明显提高,教师参与教学的积极性和教学水平明显提高,教学研究成绩突出。结论临床技能学教学实验中心的建设是培养医学生临床实践能力的重要保障和有效手段之一。

Objective To explore the construction of clinical skill experimental teaching centre and its significance. Methods With the opportunity of construction of experimental teaching centre for backbone subjects and special schools in Shan- dong province, an experimental teaching center based on training clinical practice ability was created through integrating laborato- ries, recomhining teaching contents, innovation in teaching and assessment methods and building teaching team. Results An experimental teaching center-with complete function, excellent equipment, and wide-ranged professional service-was established. A teaching model based on boosting clinical practice ability and teaching content system was created, and a teaching system with hu- manism medical skills, basic clinical skills, and job skills as its core created. An examination and evaluation systems based on OSCE were founded. Through eight years of construction and practice, the students~ clinical ability obviously improved, the active- ness and teaching level of teachers involved in teaching increased, and remarkable achievements obtained in teaching and scientific research. Conclusion The establishment of experimental teaching centre for clinical ability training is an important guarantee and one of the effective means for developing clinical ability of medical students.
