体外震波对内皮细胞影响的研究进展

摘要 体外震波(extracorporeal shock wave,ESW)是一种特殊形式的脉冲声波。当ESW以声能的形式在皮肤、肌肉、脂肪、韧带、肌腱及骨骼等具有不同声抗特性的介质界面传播时,产生不同的机械作用力。细胞可以感受各种力学刺激并将其转化为各种生物信号,从而影响细胞的增殖、分化、迁移、凋亡等生理功能[1]。ESW在临床已广泛应用于治疗足底筋膜炎、肱骨外上髁炎、肩关节钙化性肌腱炎、骨不连、股骨头缺血性坏死等疾病,并且临床和动物实验证实ESW具有抗炎、成血管、成骨、促进创面愈合等作用,然而ESW作用的具体机制还未完全阐明。
