用于发电的油页岩炼油瓦斯尾气预处理工艺 被引量:1

摘要 将油页岩干馏过程中产生的可燃瓦斯气用于发电,是油页岩炼油企业实现"节能减排"的重要途径。为避免发电机组缸体腐蚀,在瓦斯气用于发电前,必须通过预处理工艺去除其中含有的H2S和焦油等杂质。以龙矿集团龙福油页岩公司为例,介绍了典型的瓦斯气预处理工艺流程及相关的工艺参数。该工艺采用"电捕焦油器(脱油、脱水)—脱硫塔(PDS湿法脱硫)—气柜—发电机组"的净化流程。采用该工艺对瓦斯气进行预处理后,瓦斯气中的焦油含量从处理前的15~20g/m3(标准)降低至50mg/m3(标准)以下,H2S含量从处理前的5~8g/m3(标准)降低至200mg/m3(标准)以下,完全满足发电机组发电和燃气排放气中SO2的环保指标要求。该工艺具有操作简单,管理方便,脱硫效率高,循环液含盐少、不易积累,投资少,费用低,运行稳定等特点。 Using the flammable gas produced in the process of oil shale distillation is an important approach to saving energy and reducing emissions for refiners.In order to avoid corrosion of cylinders of power generat-ing sets,the gas must be pretreated to remove impurities,including H2 S and tar,before being sent for power generation.Based on field treatment experience of Longfu Oil Shale Utilization Co.,Ltd.of Shandong Longkou Mining Group,this article describes a typical gas pretreatment process and related process parameters.The technology uses the purification process of electrical tar precipitator(for deoiling and dehydration)- desulfur-izer(using the PDS wet method)- gas holder- power generating set.After pretreatment using this technolo gy,the content of tar in gas will drop to less than 50mg/m3(standard) from 15-20g/m3(standard),that of H2 S will drop to 200mg/m3(standard) from 5-8g/m3 and all environmental requirements for power generation and the content of SO2 in tail gas emission are met.The technology features simple operation,easy management,high efficiency of desulfurization,low content of salt in circulating fluid,low capital investment,low operating cost and stable operation.
