摘要
目的：引进并构建具有良好信效度的中文版智谋量表,将该量表用于评估乳腺癌患者,并对其进行信效度检验。方法通过正向翻译、回译、综合、研究小组评议和专家评议5个步骤对智谋量表进行汉化和文化调试,形成中文版智谋量表,采用方便抽样的方法对330例乳腺癌患者进行评估,评价其信效度。结果文化调试后中文版智谋量表内容效度指数为0.90。总量表内部一致性Cronbach′s α系数为0.825,重测信度系数为0.852。每个条目重测信度在0.68~0.82,量表各项目与总分的相关系数在0.40~0.66。反映习得性智谋和社会性智谋两个维度分值的相关系数为0.432。中文版智谋量表探索性因子分析提取到2个因子,可解释80.22%的变异量。结论中文版智谋量表具有较高的信效度,可以作为国内评价乳腺癌患者智谋状况的评价工具。
Objective To investigate the application of Resourcefulness Scale （ RS） and evaluate its reliability and validity. Methods By five steps of translation, back-translation, comprehension, group discussion and expert discussion, the RS was translated into Chinese and went on cultural debugging. Totals of 330 patients with breast cancer were randomly selected to evaluate the reliability and validity. Results After translation and cultural debugging, the content reliability was 0. 90. The Cronbach′sαof internal consistency of the scale was 0. 825. The retest reliability was 0. 852. The retest reliability within each item was 0. 68-0. 82. The correlation index between the whole scale and each item were 0. 40-0. 66. The correlation index of reflect learning RS and social RS was 0. 432. The Chinese RS exploratory factor extracted two factors, which could explain 80. 22% variables. Conclusions Chinese RS has a high reliability and validity, so it can serve as an evaluation tool for patients with breast cancer.
