薄芝糖肽注射液中单糖组成的研究 被引量:4

Determination of monosaccharides in Bozhi glycopeptide injection by ion chromatography

摘要 目的:建立测定单糖的方法,对薄芝糖肽注射液中的单糖组成进行研究。方法:采用离子色谱法,以电化学检测器检测单糖成分及含量。结果:6种单糖和2种糖醇的混合对照溶液得到良好分离,方法的线性范围为0.05-5 mg·L-1,平均回收率为95.29%-99.53%,RSD为0.87%-4.28%。薄芝糖肽注射液中甘露醇、岩藻糖、鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、葡萄糖的组成及摩尔比为1.0∶0.010∶0.13∶0.044∶0.37。结论:建立的离子色谱方法适于薄芝糖肽注射液中的单糖组成测定;薄芝糖肽注射液中单糖组成的研究结果表明甘露醇含量〉葡萄糖含量〉阿拉伯糖含量〉鼠李糖含量〉岩藻糖含量。 Objective:To establish an ion chromatography method for determination of monosaccharides in Bozhi glycopeptide injection.Methods:The method was developed by an ion-exchange chromatography with pulsed amperometric detection with an Au working electrode and an Ag/Ag Cl reference electrode.Results:Six monosaccharides and the mixed solution of two sugar alcohols were well-separated.The linear range of the determination was0.05-5 mg·L-1;the average recovery was 95.29%-99.53%.RSD was 0.87%-4.28%.Five monosaccharides,mannitol,fucose,rhamnose,arabinose and glucose,contained in Bozhi glycopeptide injection were separated and determined.Their molar ratio was 1.0∶ 0.010∶ 0.13∶ 0.044∶ 0.37.Conclusion:Ion chromatography with pulsed amperometric detector can be used for determination of monosaccharides in Bozhi glycopeptide injection.The result of monosaccharide composition showed that contents are in the following order from high to low:mannitol,glucose,arabinose,rhamnose,fucose.
