摘要
论述了机关党支部的战斗堡垒作用,分析了新形势下机关党支部在基层工作中存在的问题及原因,提出新形势下充分发挥机关党支部战斗堡垒作用的途径。
The fighting bastion role of authority Party branch was discussed. The existing problems and reasons of authority Party branch＇s work at basic level under the new situation were analyzed; methods to make full use of authority Party branch＇s fighting bastion role were put forward.
