高效多靶点的抗过敏中药复方研究开发

Research on Anti-allergic effects of Multiple Target in compound Chinese medicine

过敏性疾病已成为世界公众卫生问题,目前抗过敏化学药物均具有较大的毒副作用,容易引起新的过敏症状或对人体造成损害。本方根据中医扶正祛邪、辨证论治的理论精髓,进行高效多靶点的抗过敏中药复方的配伍研究。采用以"低温高压差集成多级膜分离"为核心的关键技术,进行提取、分离、浓缩、纯化和精制的工艺技术研究。对抗过敏效果在致敏性基因表达的调控、分子信号通路、细胞介质作用等5个靶点进行验证,结果表明,开发的中药复方在应用浓度1.0%时抗炎、抗过敏效果明显。
