三金颗粒剂在术后残留结石治疗中的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Sanjin Granules in the Treatment of Residual Stones After Operation

目的探讨三金颗粒剂在术后残留结石治疗中的临床效果。方法选取体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)后残留结石患者72例,将其采用随机数字表法分为两组,各36例。B组患者进行常规治疗,A组患者在其基础上给予三金颗粒剂治疗。观察两组患者治疗4周治疗效果。结果治疗4周后,A组患者总有效率为33.3%,B组患者总有效率为13.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对三金颗粒剂临床用药研究,该药物可有效治疗ESWL术后患者残留结石,促进结石排出,效果明显。

Objective To explore the pharmacological mechanism of Sanjin granules in the treatment of residual stones after operation.Methods Selection of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy（ESWL）after 72 cases of residual stones were be randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each.B group was treated with the conventional therapy, patients in group A on the basis of given Sanjin granules for.To observe the therapeutic effect of two groups were treated for 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate of A group was 33.3%,the total effective rate of B group was 13.9%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Through the study of Sanjin granules for clinical medication,the drug is effective in the treatment of ESWL patients with residual stones after operation, promote the stone expulsion,the effect is obvious.
