心理干预结合药物治疗老年脑血栓康复期患者的临床疗效

Efficacy of Psychological Intervention Combined with Drug Therapy in Elderly Patients with Cerebral Rehabilitation

目的探讨心理干预结合药物治疗老年脑血栓康复期患者的临床疗效。方法选取2012年10月至2013年12月收治的106例老年脑血栓康复期患者,完全随机分为观察组和对照组,各53例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,观察组患者给予基于性格特征分析的心理干预。同时选择健康体检者30例为正常组。观察各组患者的血液流变学变化情况,并采用神经功能缺损评分量表(SSS)、Bathel指数(BI)评定神经功能评分。结果对照组患者的全血还原黏度、血红细胞压积均高于观察组和正常组(均P<0.05),全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞沉降率与观察组和正常组比较,差异统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者SSS评分高于治疗前和对照组,BI指数低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理干预结合药物治疗老年脑血栓康复期患者,可明显改善患者血液流变学异常和神经功能缺损。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of psychological intervention combined with drug therapy in elderly patients with cerebral rehabilitation period.Methods From 2012 October to 2013 December were treated 106 cases of senile cerebral infarction patients,randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 53 cases.The control group were given routine drug treatment,the patients in observation group were given psychological intervention based on the analysis of the characteristics of character.At the same time,30 healthy subjects were selected as normal control group.Observation of blood theology of patients in each group were observed,and the neural function defect score（SSS）,Bathel index（BI）evaluation of neurological function score. Results Patients in the control group,the whole blood reduced viscosity, erythrocyte count, PCVwere higher than that of the observation group and the control group（P〈0.05）,whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and the observation group compared with normal group,the difference was statistically significant （P〉0.05）.After treatment,patients in the observation group SSS score higher than that before treatment and the control group,the BI index was lower than that before treatment and the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with drug therapy in elderly patients with cerebral rehabilitation can improve blood theology in patients with abnormalities and neurological deficits.
