教育生态理论视角下的地方高校科技管理机制研究

Scientific and Technological Management Mechanism of Local Colleges and Universities Based on Educational Ecology Theory

地方高校科技管理机制创新对促进高校和地方经济发展具有重要意义,教育生态学理论为研究科技管理机制创新提供了一个新的视角。在分析教育生态理论与科技管理机制互动关系基础上,从教育生态理论视角对地方高校的科技管理机制进行重新界定,系统分析了影响地方高校科技管理机制运行的几大限定因子,提出了优化与创新的基本思路。在此基础上设计出以科研规划、科研主体、科研客体、科研模式与科研环境为内容的科技管理机制,对地方高校科技管理具有一定的指导价值。

The scientific management mechanism innovation in local colleges and universities is increasingly becoming the focus of the community. The educational ecology provides a new perspective to the scientific management mechanism. In this paper, we analyze the interaction educational ecology and scientific management mechanism, redefine the scientific management mechanism and make a systematic analysis of the limited factors. Based on this, we propose some ways to optimize and innovate it. At last, we design a new scientific management mechanism including technology planning, research subject, research object, research model and research environment, hoping to provide a reference for the science management in the local colleges and universities.
