摘要
目前,知识产权质押融资价值评估是公认的难题。文章基于期望超额收益理论,运用价值速算和集值统计的方法,层层分离出知识产权的价值,最后以知识产权评估值为依据运用博弈论从借贷双方的立场来确定贷款的金额。
Presently, intellectual property mortgage loan evaluation is a recognized problem. Based on the expected excess return theory and rapid calculation and set-valued statistic method ,the value of the intellectual right is worked out. Based on this evaluation, the sum of loan is calculated with game theory.
