摘要
本文在分析总结国内外企业人力资源管理典型案例共性特征的基础上,提出了国际级企业人力资源管理六位一体的"钻石模型",并将该模型应用于大型国有企业人力资源管理的现状分析与问题诊断,提出发展深化方向。
Based on the analysis and summary of common features of typical case about human resource management in domestic and foreign enterprises, this thesis proposed one of the six "Diamond Model" of international enterprise human resource management and applied the model to human resource management of large stateowned enterprise to analyze current situation and diagnose problems, and then put forward deepening development direction.
