摘要
本文对华为的以奋斗者为本的文化体系进行了梳理,对华为文化的奋斗者内涵、成因和保障制度进行了系统的研究和总结。本文提出了不同于传统人性假设的"奋斗者假设"的新概念,并基于综合激励模型对以奋斗者为本的文化内核进行探讨,认为华为的企业文化和激励制度的基础正是以奋斗者为本这一假设,同时认为组织层面的文化需求和目标对员工层面的个体需求和动机具有激励和约束作用,良好的激励和约束机制能够促进个体目标和组织目标不断趋同。
This paper reviews the cultural system of Huawei company, study the core and causes of culture. Based on comprehensive incentive model, proposed a concept of fighter assumption, Huawei culture of fight and incentive system design of was redesigned. We believe that the organizational culture affects individual needs and motivation, a good incentive mechanism promotes the convergence of individual goals and objectives for the organization.
