任正非的企业家精神与经营管理思想体系研究

Study of Ren Zhengfei's Entrepreneurship and His Operation and Management Ideological System

任正非是中国本土企业家中最为杰出的代表之一,作为华为的"教父",他带领华为从一个名不见经传的小公司一步步走向国际顶级企业之林。华为二十多年的奋斗史为中国企业提供了很多研究与借鉴价值,他本人也充满了成功企业家的魅力。本研究提炼了任正非与企业家精神有关的主要性格特征,并梳理了与其性格形成相关的人生经历。在此基础上,他在领导华为时的经营哲学与管理思想便显得有迹可循,可以从四个方面概括其特征,即以专业化为核心、以活下去为基本、以规范运作和职业管理为辅助和以成为世界级领先企业为愿景。最后,本研究建立了任正非的个性特质与其经营管理思想的关系模型,系统地探讨了二者自身的内在逻辑与相互之间的联系。

As Huawei＇s ＇godfather＇, Ren has led Huawei on the way to become one of the best firms in the world from an unfamous small firm at the beginning. Huawei＇s striving history of more than twenty years provides mirrors for Chinese firms and Ren＇s entrepreneurship and charisma attract many people. The research extracts Ren＇s main characters related to entrepreneurship, and analyzes the experiences that shape his character. Based on this, the source of business philosophy and management ideas that Ren use when leading Huawei can be tracked down. The characteristics of Huawei＇s operation and management are summarized from four aspects： specialization as the core, survival as the fundament, standardization and professionalization as the assistance, global leadership as the vision. Finally, we have established the model of how Ran＇s characters influence Huawei＇s operation and management characteristics, and systematically explored their internal logic and mutual relatiouships.
