摘要
以引进的AP 1 000核电汽轮机为例,建立了低压排汽缸的三维模型,考虑到进口参数受末级动叶出口流动的影响,采用了低压末级叶片和排汽缸联合计算的数值模拟方法,详细分析了排汽缸内部的复杂流动情况,分析了该排汽缸三维流动情况和总参数,为核电汽轮机低压排汽缸国产化提供了重要的指导意义。
With an introduced AP I 000 nuclear steam turbine as example, a 3D model is established for the LP exhaust hood. In view of the effect of L - 0 rotating blade outlet flow on inlet parameters, numerical simulation is conducted for combined calculation of L - 0 blade and exhaust hood, and analysis is made for the complex flow in the exhaust hood, specific for the 3 D flow behavior and total parameters of the exhaust hood. It is significantly instructive for the localization of LP exhaust hood of nuclear steam turbine.
