摘要
目的探讨超声诊断颈动脉内-中膜增厚者幽门杆菌感染对血清巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)的影响。方法将进行颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)彩超的258例患者根据IMT彩超结果分为2组,对照组145例为IMT没有增厚者,试验组113例为IMT增厚者。检测2组患者血清MIF和血清幽门螺旋杆菌抗体(Hp-Ig G),同时用单因素分析IMT增厚的危险因素,用多因素Logistic分析血清MIF和血清Hp-Ig G的关系。结果 2组患者IMT、血清Hp-Ig G、血清MIF之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,试验组血清MIF和血清Hp-Ig G水平明显升高(P<0.05)。用多因素Logistic回归分析得出血清MIF和血清Hp-Ig G是IMT增厚的独立危险因素。在IMT增厚者中进一步分析显示,血清MIF和血清Hp-Ig G水平呈正相关。结论血清MIF和血清Hp-Ig G为IMT增厚者的独立危险因素,同时IMT增厚者中幽门杆菌感染与血清MIF水平间呈正相关。
Objective To evaluate the effect of helicobacter pylori ca-rotid intima-media thickening through ultrasound diagnosis on on serum levels of macrophage migration inhibitory factor( MIF).Methods A to-tal of 258 cases underwent carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMT) were selected from 2010 January to 2014 January in our hospital according to the IMT color doppler results and were divided into 2 groups.A total of 145 cases in the control group were diagnosed without thickening , and 113 cases with thickening were divided into the treatment group.The data of serum MIF and serum Helicobacter pylori antibody ( Hp-IgG) were detected and the single factor analysis on risk of IMT thickening was done.while the multi-factor Logistic analysis on rela-tionship between serum MIF and Hp -IgG was done.Results There were statistical difference on IMT, serum Hp -IgG and MIF in two groups( P〈0.05).Compared with control group, the data of serum MIF and serum Hp -IgG level increased significantly in treatment group (P〈0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that serum MIF and Hp -IgG were independent risk factors of IMT thickening. Further analysis showed that in the thicker IMT, serum MIF and serum Hp-IgG levels were positively correlated.Conclusion Serum MIF and Hp-IgG are independent risk factors of IMT thickening, helicobacter pylori infection and the serum level of MIF is positively correlated.
