摘要
针对船用艉滚筒的结构特点,基于通用有限元软件及其二次开发功能对艉滚筒结构进行参数化设计,分析影响艉滚筒转动状态的因素,推导转动临界载荷与绳索包角之间的关系,对轴承的选择及润滑系统的设计进行讨论。
In light of the structural characteristics of marine stern roller,the common CAE software and its secondary development functions are used for the parameterized design of the ship's stern rollers. The factors affecting the rotation state of the roller are analyzed; the relation between the rotation critical load and the wrap angle of the cable or anchor chain is obtained. The paper also discusses about the selection of bearing and design of lubrication system.
