摘要
为实现对在航船舶航行状态的全面监控和船岸之间的信息发布,以船舶机舱信息、驾驶台信息、驾驶人操作信息,以及通航环境信息为感知对象,结合3G通信、移动互联网及数字滤波等技术,基于信息物理系统,构建在航船舶和船务公司一体化的监控系统。上海集海船务公司应用表明,系统可以实现机舱和驾驶台状态监控、油耗分析、信息发布等多种功能。
In order to realizing comprehensive monitoring of sailing ship and information release between ship and company,the dynamic monitoring system in the navigation of river-to-sea ship was constructed based on the ship-shore integration. The system is developed based on the cyber-physical systems,taking the information of engine room,bridge,the driver operating and the navigation environment as the object of perception,combining with the methods of 3rd-generation,web network and digital filter.The system is verified to be able to realize a lot of functions,such as engine room and the bridge condition monitoring,analysis of fuel consumption and information release.
