摘要
针对SCR技术在船舶二冲程柴油机上的应用,分析某船6S46MC-C二冲程柴油机SCR系统的温度控制方法和工作特性。结果表明,扫气旁通法可以使二冲程柴油机不同负荷下的排气温度保持在SCR反应的最佳温度窗口内,有利于SCR系统的运行,可以使船舶二冲程柴油机NOx排放满足Tier III标准。
Aimed at the application of SCR technology in marine two-stroke diesel engine,the temperature control and NOx emission performance of 6S46MC-C diesel engine SCR system are analyzed. The results show that the cylinder bypass can maintain the exhaust temperature within the optimal temperature window of SCR reactions,which benefits the operation of SCR system,and the NOx emission performance can meet Tier III regulations.
