摘要
秉承"以患者为中心,以员工为主体"的理念,构建了健康护理工作环境模型并进行实践,致力于护理工作环境的整体优化。在改善护理工作环境的同时,提高了护士工作满意度并发挥连带效应,获得了同行认可。
Based on the patient-centered and staff-focused philosophy,a healthy nursing work environment was developed in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital. This practice improved nurses' work environment and nurses' job satisfaction. The experience has influenced other hospitals in China and won their recognition.
