摘要
现代教学技术以其复杂而强大的功能对教学和学生的发展产生积极作用的同时也存在着负面效应,其中的伦理责任问题不可忽视。现代教学技术从开发、设计到应用、推广的过程是多方人员和部门参与其中的过程,因而其伦理责任的承担主体涉及广泛的个人、群体和机构,他们在教学技术活动过程的不同阶段承担着不同内容和范围的伦理责任,而要把伦理责任落实到每个责任主体和具体的技术活动过程,则需要通过健全的制度安排、合理的评价机制、有效的教育培训来实现。
The modern teaching technology, which is based on its complicated and strong functions, has positive influences on the development of teaching and students, but there are still side effects. Ethical responsibility cannot be overlooked. Through the process of developing, designing, applying and spreading, it is no difficulty finding that the modern teaching technology owes to efforts of multi-staff and multi-departments. Therefore, the subjects that bear the ethical responsibility are widely involved in individuals, groups and agencies. They are in control of different contents and ranges during different stages of teaching technology activities. What's more, the ethical responsibility is implemented into every subjects and the process of specific teaching technology activities, which is attributed to the sound arrangement of systems, the reasonable evaluation system and the effective education training.
