摘要
在当下我国的教育实践中,屡屡存在着教师违背其职业道德的现象,加强教师职业道德建设刻不容缓。师德自身蕴含的伦理道德精神、教师的人性使然以及师德现状决定了制度化是师德建设的有力保障。教化对于师德的丰富以及道德的特点决定了教化是师德建设的坚实基础。道德内化的价值决定了内化是师德建设的内在要求。无论是师德制度化、师德教化,抑或师德内化,都有其长处与不足。制度化与教化更偏重师德的外砾,内化更注重师德的内省,这就决定了师德建设必须走制度化、教化与内化三者结合的道路,三者共同构成了师德建设的完整机制。
In the present educational practice in China, the phenomenon of teacher goes against the professional ethics is common occurrence. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the construction of teacher's professional ethics. The moral essence of teachers' ethics, teacher's human nature and current situation of teacher's ethics determines the institutionalization as the forceful guarantee of teacher's ethic construction. Enrichment of cultivation to teacher's ethic and the characteristics of morality makes the cultivation as the solid foundation of teacher's ethic construction. The value of ethic internalization determines that internalization is the integral requirement of teacher's ethic construction. However, institutionalization, cultivation or internalization might have its advantages and disadvantages. Institutionalization and cultivation are more focused on external influence of teacher's ethic, while the internalization is more prone to the introspection aspect. Therefore, teacher's ethic construction is expected to combine the way of institutionalization, cultivation as well as internalization, thus to constitute the integrated mechanism together.
