摘要
为了研究烯酰-ACP还原酶基因在不同降胆固醇能力的植物乳杆菌中的m RNA表达水平,通过提取植物乳杆菌M1和UVs29的总RNA,利用RT-PCR方法克隆了2株菌的烯酰-ACP还原酶基因,利用荧光定量PCR方法分析了烯酰-ACP还原酶基因在2株菌中的m RNA表达水平,结果显示:植物乳杆菌UVS29中烯酰-ACP还原酶基因的m RNA表达量高于植物乳杆菌M1,说明烯酰-ACP还原酶的表达量可能会对植物乳杆菌降胆固醇能力产生影响。
In order to study enoyI-ACP reductase gene mRNA expression level in different cholesterol- lowering ability of Lactobacillus plantarum. Total RNA from Lactobacillus plantarum M1 and UVs29 was extracted, enoyI-ACP reductase gene was cloned by RT-PCR. The transcription level of enoyI-ACP reductase gene in different cholesterol-lowering ability of Lactobacillus plantarum was investigated by real-time quantitative PCR. The result showed that enoyI-ACP reductase gene mRNA expression level in Lactobacillus plantarum UVs29 was higher than Lactobacillus plantarum M1. The conclusion is the content of enoyI-ACP reductase may effect the cholesterol-lowering ability of Lactobacillus plantarum.
