摘要
为提高紫玉米花青素的提取量,利用正交实验优化超声波辅助提取紫玉米花青素。考察提取时间、超声次数、超声功率、乙醇用量4个因素对紫玉米花青素提取的影响。在单因素实验的基础上,设计正交优化实验。结果表明,提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间35 min、超声次数110次、超声功率400 W、物料:乙醇用量=1:4(m/v)。在该条件下,紫玉米花青素的提取量为(3.542±0.067)mg/g,对应的最优提取率为(92.94±1.77)%。超声波辅助提取紫玉米花青素成本低、用时少。
To improvement the anthocyanins extraction content, orthogonal experiment was used to investigate the effect of process variables on the ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) of anthocyanins from purple corn. Four independent variables including extraction time, ultrasonic times, ultrasonic power and dosage of ethanol were studied. According to the results, the optimal UAE conditions were obtained with the extraction time 35 min, the ultrasonic times 110, the ultrasonic power 400 W and the ratio of material to the dosage of ethanol was 1:4 (m/v). At these conditions, extraction content was determined as (3.542±0.067) mg/g, the anthocyanins yield is (92.94±1.77)%. UAE of anthocyanins from purple corn could reduce cost and save time.
